Quality
We guarantee galvanizing in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1461.
The
quality management system in force at our plant has been reviewed and evaluated
and meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001.
Production processes are monitored continuously to ensure uniformly high
product quality.
Our staff has gathered many years of experience, which is supplemented by
continuing advanced training. Their competence, coupled with management’s
continuous efforts to improve technological processes, guarantee high quality.
We are members of Arbeitsgemeinschaft Oberflächentechnik (Austrian
Industry Association).
Environmental care
Environmental care is a fundamental aspect of everything we
do. Exhaust heat is recovered with heat-pump systems. This
significantly reduces energy consumption. Waste materials are
returned to the processing cycle or recycled.
No waste water from our
production facilities is diverted into the sewer system. Modern
exhaust and filter systems guarantee consistent compliance with European
environmental protection laws.
