Hot dip galvanizing: Our group of affiliated firms gives us the capacity to galvanize parts up to a length of 15.3 m.

Zinc spraying: For parts up to a length of 15.3 m.

Powder coating: We have the capacity to powder-coat components made of galvanized steel and aluminium in dimensions of up to 7 x 0.5 x 2 m and weights of up to 100 kg in RAL and special colours. Special dimensions and weights on request.
 
Color coating: We have the capacity to color-coat parts made of galvanized steel in dimensions of up to  15.3 x 1.8 x 2.5 m and weights of up to 9 t in RAL and special colours. 
  
Phosphate coating: Phosphatizing creates an anti-corrosive film that also serves as an adhesion-enhancing primer for subsequent coatings. This process is, for example, used for oil-conveying pipes in ship construction, which have a painted exterior coating.

We guarantee galvanizing in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1461, zinc spraying in accordance with DIN EN ISO 2063. We do color coatings in accordance with DIN EN ISO 12944.

The quality management system in force at our plant has been reviewed and evaluated and meets the requirements of  DIN EN ISO 9001. Our environmental management system is certified according to DIN EN ISO 14001.

Production processes are monitored continuously to ensure uniformly high product quality.

Our staff has gathered many years of experience, which is supplemented by continuing advanced training. Their competence, coupled with management’s continuous efforts to improve technological processes, guarantee high quality.

We have earned the certificate for “Hot Dip Galvanized Building Components Made of Hot Rolled Structural Steel and Hot Dip Galvanized Die-Cast Steel” issued by the Institut für Oberflächentechnik GmbH, Schwäbisch Gmünd, upon completion of the review and inspection required for award of the Seal of Conformity (“Ü-Zeichen") with the provisions of Construction Regulations List A, Part 1 (version 1999/1).
 
We are members of Industrieverband Feuerverzinken (German Galvanizing Industry Association).

Environmental care is a fundamental aspect of everything we do. 
 
Exhaust heat is recovered with heat-pump systems. This significantly reduces energy consumption. Waste materials are returned to the processing cycle or recycled. No waste water from our production facilities is diverted into the sewer system.
 
Modern exhaust and filter systems guarantee consistent compliance with European environmental protection laws.

Our environmental management system is certified according to DIN EN ISO 14001.
