Powder coating: We have the capacity to powder-coat components made of galvanized steel and aluminium in dimensions of up to  7 x 0.5 x 2 m and weights of up to 100 kg in RAL and special colours. Special dimensions and weights on request. 
 
Electro plating: Copper, nickel and tin plating and zinc-phosphatizing of frame stock and drum components with dimensions of up to 2.3 x  0.4 x 0.6 m.
Galvanic zinc plating of frame components followed by yellow or blue chrome plating for construction component dimensions of up to  2.1 x 0.4 x 1 m. 
 
Anodizing: We anodize aluminium components in a clear eloxal tone or with added colour tints in a two-phase process for components with maximum dimensions of  6.5 x 0.5 x 1.25 m. Special dimensions on request. Our program of products and services also includes anodizing as a pre-treatment prior to powder coating and chrome plating of aluminium components.
 
Additional service: We also offer anti-noise coating of facade panels and sheeting in widths of up to 1.5 m and  max. length of 4m.

The quality management system in force at our plant has been reviewed and evaluated and meets the requirements of  DIN EN ISO 9001.

Production processes are monitored continuously to ensure uniformly high product quality.

Our staff has gathered many years of experience, which is supplemented by continuing advanced training. Their competence, coupled with management’s continuous efforts to improve technological processes, guarantee high quality.

We have also been awarded the Seal of Conformity for anodized-oxidized extruded bar products and chrome-plated aluminium products.
 
We are also entitled to display the EURAS/EWAA Seal of Quality for anodized-oxide coatings on aluminium.
