Hot dip galvanizing is a particularly effective, long-lasting and economical protection against the corrosion of steel.
Hot dip galvanizing or job galvanizing takes place, when chemically derusted parts are dipped in 450°C hot molten zinc. In this process zinc joins with the steel into a metal formation. Its physical and chemical properties guarantee an outstanding long-term corrosion protection. Further advantages compared to other methods are:
Hot dip galvanizing – a modern, economical and environmentally friendly method to protect a sheer unlimited number of applications against corrosion. From the smallest screw to the largest girder, for industrial use as well as for craftsmen and private users: Save assets – hot dip galvanizing.
