High-Temperature Galvanizing

High-Temperature Galvanizing

Small parts are mostly high-temperature galvanized. Usually the temperature in the zinc bath is set above  530°C. For normal hot dip galvanizing the heat comes to 450°C.

After being galvanized the small parts are treated in a centrifuge to remove excess zinc. This method guarantees a uniform zinc layer and accuracy in fitting for i.e. screw threads.
