Hot dip galvanizing: Our group of affiliated firms gives us the capacity to galvanize parts up to a length of 17.2 m.
 
Galvanizing of reinforcement steel: In 1988, the Institut für Bautechnik Berlin approved us for the first time as one of only five hot dip galvanizing operations in Germany for hot dip galvanizing of reinforcement steel pursuant to Z-1.4-165.

Zinc spraying: For parts in dimensions of up to 5.8 x 2.8 x 2 m and weights of up to 0,4t.
 
Paint Coating: We are able to color-coat and powder coat parts made of galvanized and spray galvanized steel in dimensions of up to 5.8 x 2.8 x 2 m in RAL and special colours.

We guarantee galvanizing in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1461, zinc spraying in accordance with DIN EN ISO 2063. We do color coatings in accordance with DIN EN ISO 12944.
 
Production processes are monitored continuously to ensure uniformly high product quality.

Our staff has gathered many years of experience, which is supplemented by continuing advanced training. Their competence, coupled with management’s continuous efforts to improve technological processes, guarantee high quality.

We have earned the certificate for “Hot Dip Galvanized Building Components Made of Hot Rolled Structural Steel and Hot Dip Galvanized Die-Cast Steel” issued by the Institut für Oberflächentechnik GmbH, Schwäbisch Gmünd, upon completion of the review and inspection required for award of the Seal of Conformity (“Ü-Zeichen") with the provisions of Construction Regulations List A, Part 1 (version 1999/1).
 
We have been approved for hot dip galvanizing operations on reinforcement steel pursuant to Z-1.4-165 and are therefore subject to annual inspection by a renowned testing institute.
 
The Berlin Municipal Government has included us in its list of business enterprises and suppliers, and it goes without saying that we are members of Industrieverband Feuerverzinken (German Galvanizing Industry Association).

Environmental care is a fundamental aspect of everything we do.
 
We use production materials and supplies economically.
 
Exhaust heat is recovered with heat-pump systems and returned to the central heating system. This significantly reduces energy consumption.
 
Waste materials are returned to the processing cycle or recycled.

No waste water from our production facilities is diverted into the sewer system.
 
Modern exhaust and filter systems guarantee consistent compliance with European environmental protection laws.
